  • How do I book an appointment?

    If you are a new or prospective client, please click here to schedule a free consultation to discuss your particular needs. You are also welcome to call or email with any questions as well. Please see contact page for contact information.

    If you are an existing client, please reach out to your provider either by telephone, email, or via the (Client Login) button in the upper right corner.

  • Are services in person or virtual?

    At this time, I am offering only virtual services.

    In person services may be available in the future so please reach out directly or follow up later.

  • What types conditions do you treat?

    I specialize in anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, perinatal, perimenopause, menopause, and women’s issues.

  • How long are therapy sessions?

    Therapy sessions typically last 45-60 minutes. This time is determined by clinical need as well as availability.

  • How do I know if therapy is right for me?

    Therapy can be beneficial for anyone who is struggling with mental health issues or who wants to improve their overall well-being. If you are unsure if therapy is right for you, I encourage you to schedule a consultation to discuss your personal goals to determine appropriateness of services.

  • What is the cost of therapy?

    The cost of therapy varies depending on the type of service and insurance coverage. Please visit our Insurance page or send an email to learn more.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    I accept payment at the time of service, through a secure, confidential payment app.

    Cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and health savings (HSA) or flex spending account (FSA) cards that have a major credit card logo on it are all accepted forms of payment.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, I accept many major commercial and state insurance. Please check with your insurance provider or refer to our insurance tab for more information.

  • I'm a current client, where can I access my portal?

    Complete your intake forms, update information, and find telehealth links here on our client portal.

  • Can I bring my baby to therapy?

    Yes! You are welcome to bring your baby in-arms to therapy anytime. 

    Although it is recommended to find a support person to care for your child to allow you time to invest in yourself, if you are able.
